  • How to Measure: Measure the length of the arm from the middle of the little finger (pinky) directly back to the point of the elbow.

2. Step-by-Step: Follow these 5 simple steps to safely position and fit the arm sling for maximum therapeutic support:

  1. Position the Arm: Slide the arm comfortably into the sling pocket, ensuring the elbow is nestled securely into the deepest corner of the sling.
  2. Secure the Neck Strap: You can either pass the strap loop directly over their head, or unclip the quick-release spring clip at the cuff and feed the strap gently around their neck, and click it firmly back into place.
  3. Set the Arm Support Angle: Adjust the overall arm height and support angle by peeling open the hook-and-loop closure located on the neck strap.
  4. Lock the Height: Pull the strap through the plastic loop to shorten it, or run it through to lengthen it until the arm rests at a comfortable, naturally supported height (or exactly as directed by your healthcare professional). Press the hook-and-loop firmly against the strap to lock it in place.
  5. Align the Comfort Padding: Ensure the wide, padded shoulder strap is positioned comfortably along the top of the shoulder area to distribute weight evenly, eliminate strap dig, and prevent neck pain.


3. Washing & Maintenance Instructions: Keep your medical arm sling clean, hygienic, and fresh for daily wear by following these care guidelines:

  • Preparation: Remove the hook closures completely from the sling neck strap and cuff before washing.
  • Machine Wash: Run the sling through a short wash cycle at 30°C using a standard washing powder or laundry gel.
  • Additives: Fabric softener can be added if desired, but it is not necessary.
  • Drying: The material can be air-dried or tumble-dried.
  • Restrictions: Do NOT bleach. Do NOT iron.
  • Post-Wash: Once completely dry, simply re-attach the hook closures to return the sling to its fully functional state.
