Durability & Washing

When the correct care instructions are followed, your 4DflexiSPORT face mask is highly durable and designed to last wash after wash.

• Reusable Indefinitely: Machine or hand washable (30°C or 40°C).

• Washing Caution: For extended longevity and to minimise the risk of residue buildup, we highly recommend hand-washing your mask with a mild, unscented detergent. If using a washing machine, place the mask inside a laundry bag to minimise friction and aggressive folding.

Important Disclaimer: Metal Nose Strip

The bendable metal strip is designed to create a custom seal over the nose area and prevent fogging. To ensure its durability:

• Minimal Adjustment: The strip is intended for minimal adjustment—specifically, closing any gaps near the nose when the mask is first fitted.

• Avoid Rough Handling: Constant opening and aggressive closing should be avoided, especially during washing. Rough handling and frequent folding/unfolding within a washing machine cycle can contribute to metal fatigue and potential breakage.

Note on Returns: We cannot take responsibility for breakage of the aluminium metal strip resulting from metal fatigue. The mask remains a highly effective face covering with or without the metal strip, and breakage does not constitute a reason for return.
