If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a full product refund, items must be returned in the same new, unused condition in which they were received.

Refund Details & Conditions

While we offer free postage for all UK orders, please note the following regarding refunds:

  • Return Postage: Angel Med does not cover or refund the cost of return postage.

  • Deductions: To keep our prices competitive, the original cost of shipping your order (even if offered for free) and any third-party credit card or e-commerce commission fees will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  • International Orders: Orders placed outside the UK may be subject to local customs duties or taxes. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Return Qualification

You are welcome to return your item for any of the following reasons:

  • Preference: Changed your mind, or the size/color isn't what you expected.

  • Accuracy: You received the wrong item or the goods were not as described.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

We take quality seriously. A refund or replacement will be issued for:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Faulty stitching, fabric flaws, or component failures (e.g., Velcro or clips).

  • Incomplete Items: Missing essential components like straps or buckles.

  • Transit Issues: Goods soiled or damaged during delivery.

  • Note: Damaged external packaging does not constitute a "damaged product" refund if the item inside is intact.

  • Proof of Postage: We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods that are lost in transit. To avoid disputes or delays, we strongly recommend using a tracked service.
    Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
