By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms. All purchases made on this site create a direct contract between you and Angel Med Ltd. We are an independent provider, and your contract is solely with us, regardless of any third-party retailer that may have directed you to our site.

2. Your Shopping Experience

We strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. While we aim for our website to be fault-free and available at all times, occasional maintenance or technical updates may be necessary.

  • Reporting Issues: If you encounter a fault, please email us at sales@angelmed.co.uk. We will work quickly to put things right.

  • Continuous Improvement: We value your feedback. If you have suggestions on how we can improve our service, our Customer Care team would love to hear from you.

3. Pricing and Product Availability

We aim for complete accuracy in our listings, but occasionally errors may occur.

  • Pricing: If an item is incorrectly priced, we are not obligated to supply it at the erroneous price. We will always contact you before dispatch to discuss the correct price or cancel the order.

  • Stock: If an item is unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to offer a substitute of similar quality and specification to ensure you receive the support you need.

4. Ordering and Contract Formation

Your order is an offer to buy from us. A legally binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your goods.

  • Declining Orders: We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason prior to dispatch. If payment has already been taken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 30 days.

5. Delivery and Care of Goods

We deliver to addresses within England, Scotland, and Wales using trusted third-party couriers.

  • Timelines: We use our best endeavors to meet stated delivery times. However, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

  • Risk: Once delivered to your specified address, the responsibility for the goods passes to you.

  • Shortages/Non-Delivery: Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if any items are missing. For non-delivery, please contact us in writing (email) within 30 days of your order date.

6. Cancellations and Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 working days after delivery.

  • How to Cancel: Call us at 07968510452, email sales@angelmed.co.uk, or write to us at our Grantham address.

  • Returning Items: You have 30 days from receipt to return items. Due to medical hygiene rules, they must be in their original, unused, new condition.

  • Refunds: A full product refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item in its original condition. Please note that the initial shipping cost and third-party transaction fees will be deducted from the final refund. We do not cover return postage costs.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your product is faulty (e.g., fabric flaws, stitching issues, or failed components like Velcro), we will prioritise your replacement or refund.

  • Please note: Damage to external packaging during transit does not constitute a faulty product if the item itself is in perfect condition.

  • Proof of Posting: We strongly recommend obtaining tracked delivery for all returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

8. Payment and Security

We accept most major credit and debit cards (excluding American Express). To protect your information, all payment details are encrypted. Payment authority is required at the time you place your order. We do not use your email for marketing purposes unless you have given your express permission.

9. International Use

Our products and website content are designed for use within the United Kingdom. If you access our site from outside the UK, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws and customs regulations.
