Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Angel Med, we understand that our products are often needed urgently. We take great pride in our efficient processing times to ensure you receive your support as quickly as possible.

UK Delivery Options

We are pleased to offer reliable delivery services across the UK to ensure your order arrives safely.

  • Free Royal Mail Tracked 24: We provide Free Tracked 24 delivery on all UK orders.

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery (Before 1 PM): For urgent needs, you can upgrade to Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery by 1 PM at checkout for an additional cost.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Our team works diligently to prepare your order for the next available collection.

  • Same-Day Processing: All orders are processed the same day they are received.

  • Next-Day Collection: Royal Mail collects orders from our facility the next working day.

  • Weekend Example: If you place an order by midday on Friday, it will be collected on Saturday morning for delivery on Monday or the following working day.

Please note: Dispatch and delivery excludes bank holidays and exceptional circumstances, such as staff illness.

Important Shipping Information

While we strive for perfection in our processing, please keep the following in mind:

  • Third-Party Delivery: Once your order is collected by Royal Mail, the delivery timeframe is outside of our direct control. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failures caused by the courier service.

  • Global Logistics: We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund orders if the destination is in a remote location, war zone, or area affected by a natural disaster.

  • Patient Support: We aim to please and truly appreciate your patience should a delay occur.
